Requirements
- 6+ years of experience including a minimum of 3 years of construction administration experience

- Experience reviewing submittals, performing site observations to confirm the work is being installed per the contract documents
- Assist in providing response to RFI’s

Seeking a Landscape Architect to work alongside architects and planners in architecture, landscape design, and urban design projects including parks, streetscapes, and land developments as well as studies, analyses, and master plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in similar role
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited school
- Degree in architecture or planning a plus
- Strong graphic skills for the preparation of drawings, documents, and client presentations
- Strong technical skills for projects with high complexity
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office applications, and Rhino
- Proficiency in GIS, Revit, a plus

Senior Urban Planner
Seeking a Senior Planner to lead planning and urban design projects and work alongside landscape architects and architects in urban design projects including parks, streetscapes, and land developments as well as develop studies, analyses, and master plans.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in similar role
- Advanced degree in planning required, degree in architecture or landscape architecture a plus
- AICP certification required, architecture or landscape architecture license a plus
- Strong leadership and project management skills to lead urban design and planning projects. A successful candidate will be able to mentor junior staff, develop fee proposals, monitor the financial performance of projects, and have exceptional time management and organization skills
- Advanced knowledge of the principles, methodology, philosophies, practices, and techniques of planning, research, and data collection required
- Strong graphic skills for the preparation of drawings, documents, and client presentations required
- Proficiency in GIS, Microsoft Office applications, and Adobe Create Suite required
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino a plus
