Amy is driven by the experiential nature of design and distinct sense of place architecture creates with those who engage with it. Her passion for sketching and exploring is reflected in her ability to create contextual narratives which express the unique story of people, place, and history.
Amy is licensed in the state of Washington and has worked on a variety of project types including mixed-use, healthcare, and workplace design. Her pursuit of continued learning has pushed her to get outside her comfort zone and explore new processes for building, drawing, and documentation. While she calls the Midwest home, Amy spent 5 years in Seattle where she became a little bit of a coffee snob, learned to embrace the rain, and cultivated a love for hiking and all things outdoors.
When not designing, Amy can be found tinkering on the piano, sketching on napkins, and tending to her growing collection of succulents.
